Returns, replacements and order issues

Contact shop@kendu-unleashed.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where applicable. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions for the correct fulfillment partner.

Printful and made-to-order merchandise

We do not offer standard returns or exchanges for customer-selected wrong sizes or colors, or for a change of mind. Please check the product-specific size chart and fit guidance before ordering. Ask us before purchase if you need help.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, mislabeled, missing or incorrect items, contact us promptly with photos of the item, label and packaging where applicable. Printful requires quality claims within 30 days of receipt and lost-in-transit claims within 30 days of estimated delivery. Report issues as soon as possible to allow time for submission. Approved claims are resolved under the fulfillment partner’s terms, with replacement or refund where covered.

Customer-entered address errors, unclaimed shipments and packages marked delivered are not automatically covered as lost-in-transit claims. We will investigate; reshipping charges may apply. Do not return items without instructions.

BoardPusher skateboard decks

Incorrectly printed decks may qualify for replacement. Eligible decks must be returned within 30 days of receipt, still in shrinkwrap and unskated, with no grip tape, trucks, bolts or stickers applied. Inspect before opening or assembling. Screen colors may differ from print colors. BoardPusher may choose to refund the purchase price instead of replacing a deck; its policy excludes shipping refunds. Standard size, design-choice and change-of-mind exchanges are not offered.

BoardPusher does not warrant decks against breaking or cracking and does not accept returns for broken or cracked decks. For shipping damage, preserve the shrinkwrap, box and packaging and send photos immediately for claim review. Missing or incorrect shipments require investigation. Do not skate, modify or ship the deck back before receiving instructions.

Other partners, goodwill and statutory rights

Any product-specific fulfillment terms apply to items supplied by another partner. Contact us for instructions; we do not promise a remedy beyond the applicable terms or your legal rights.

Kendu Unleashed may offer exceptional goodwill resolutions at the owner’s discretion. An exception does not establish a standard return or exchange entitlement.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence, including applicable cancellation rights in Brazil. Contact us promptly to exercise those rights.
